Możesz odebrać zamówienie, gdy tylko będzie gotowe w naszym magazynie.
Uwaga: Nie zabieramy opakowań mebli z posesji klientów.

Kurierzy dostarczą Twoje zamówienie do pierwszego wolnego pokoju na parterze Twojego Mieszkania lub budynku i od tego momentu będziesz musiał zająć się swoim zamówieniem.
Uwaga: Twarde meble, takie jak marmurowe stoły czy szafy, są bardzo ciężkie i ze względów bezpieczeństwa nie możemy zmusić naszych kurierów do dostarczenia ich gdziekolwiek powyżej parteru. Zalecamy rozpakowanie pudeł i wniesienie elementów pojedynczo na górę jeśli jest taka potrzeba.

Możesz odebrać zamówienie, gdy tylko będzie gotowe w naszym magazynie.
POLITYKA ZWROTÓW I REKLAMACJI
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Leicester Sofa Sale. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns and exchanges for our stock orders within 14 days of delivery. Our full delivery service for Soft Furniture includes delivery and assembly in the room of your choice, so if you have any concerns about the product and think you might want to return it, remember to not allow the couriers to assemble it and please keep it in the original packaging.
If you placed an order which is personalized ' made to order ' you can cancel or change your order by the end of the following day from *date ordered*. After that period your order is sent to the manufacturer and you cannot cancel or change your order. In some cases we could agree to cancel your 'made to order' order. in such cases, 25% of the total amount of your invoice will be allocated to the costs incurred related to the order production.
Please note that all returned items must be in new and unused condition with the original packaging and tags attached.
