SHIPPING POLICY
Soft Furnishings: Sofas, Recliners, Armchairs etc.
Full Service:
The couriers will deliver your order to the desired room and put your new furniture together for you.
Doorstep Delivery:
The couriers will deliver your order to your doorstep *outside the property* and from this point you will have to take care of your order.
Collection:
You can collect your order as soon as it's ready from our warehouse.
Please note: We do not take furniture packaging away from customers property.
Hard Furnishings: Wardrobes, Tables, Chairs etc.
Doorstep Delivery: Inside the property
The couriers will deliver your order to your first available room on the ground floor of your property or building and from this point you will have to take care of your order.
Please note: Hard furniture like marble tables or wardrobes are very heavy items and we cannot force our couriers to deliver those items anywhere above ground floor for safety reasons. We recommend to unpack the boxes and carry the furniture pieces one by one upstairs.
Collection:
You can collect your order as soon as it's ready from our warehouse.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Leicester Sofa Sale. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns and exchanges for our stock orders within 14 days of delivery. Our full delivery service for Soft Furniture includes delivery and assembly in the room of your choice, so if you have any concerns about the product and think you might want to return it, remember to not allow the couriers to assemble it and please keep it in the original packaging.
If you placed an order which is personalized ' made to order ' you can cancel or change your order by the end of the following day from *date ordered*. After that period your order is sent to the manufacturer and you cannot cancel or change your order. In some cases we could agree to cancel your 'made to order' order. in such cases, 25% of the total amount of your invoice will be allocated to the costs incurred related to the order production.
Please note that all returned items must be in new and unused condition with the original packaging and tags attached.
